Guild Ideas / Job Ideas
To put it simply, this post is for any ideas your character may have for the guild that they'd bring up during meetings or to Yuri personally. For example, if your character thinks the guild should also offer open sparring or weapons training, you could comment here saying "So-and-so would have brought up that they think the guild should offer weapons training/open sparring as something they could be hired for". You can include a why if you want, but it's not required. You're also free to have your character request that the guild do something specific, like "we all need to go out to Good Spirits and get smashed", or "this guild needs more women, it's too much of a sausage-fest". It doesn't have to be serious suggestions only, so feel free to also leave light-hearted/fun ideas/requests that your character would bring up.
This isn't a "one time deal" sort of post, so feel free to come to this post with ideas at any time. You're all also free (and encouraged) to discuss the ideas amongst each other. Yuri usually gets the "final say" in whether or not the guild actually implements the ideas or not ICly, but if most people's characters think it's the Best Idea ICly, even if Yuri doesn't like it, it'll still get implemented - unless it goes against all moral codes ever, or something. He'll just be grumpy about it otherwise, but he'll get over it eventually.
